Integrity Commodities Services Limited was founded in July 2008 and completed its registration with Corporate Affairs Commission CAC in October, 2008. With Registration number RC 779782. It has succeeded in handling different products such as Cocoa Beans, Cashew nuts, Sesame seeds, Hibiscus Flower and Split Ginger, Solid Minerals approximating over 150,000metric tons from inception till date.

While it has positioned itself in the emerging markets of agric produce from the beginning of January, 2017 and beyond.

ICS LTD has projection to do over Twenty Thousand Metric Tons 20,000.00mt annually of products such as Cocoa Beans, Raw cashew nuts, Split Ginger, Shea nuts, Sesame seed, Hibiscus Flower etc.

It is also on record that ICS had offered Stock Control Management services in third party warehouse such as Kashford Overseas Ltd, Enkay Indo Nigeria Ltd etc.

Till date ICS offers exclusive warehousing services for Broadgrain Commodities a Canadian based company in Nigeria and offers FULL OUTTURN GUARANTEE (FOG) for all Broadgrain shipment to various destinations in Europe, Asia, South America, Latin America etc on weight and quality.

The founders’ vision is to establish a wholly indigenous independent warehousing and collateral management Services Company with the main objective of offering RELIABLE, EFFICIENT AND TRUST WORTHY services. These visions are being executed with experienced and seasoned professionals who are both on the Board and the Management of the company.

Approximately 18000sq Ft within the premises of Reliance Mills Ltd formerly Five Stars Industries Ltd Aswani Bus stop,Oshodi/Isolo Express way with easy accessibility to both goods coming in from upcountry and dispatching of same to the shipside/ports for shipment.

The warehouse is formally registered with Federal Ministry of Commerce and Trade as an export produce warehouse under the direct supervision of Federal Produce Inspection Services Limited. The Warehouse is situated in an exclusive compound with huge sun-drying space and packing lots for trucks behind the warehouse building. Its corporate office is located within the same premises. The warehouse is secured by three men as night guards and two men for the day.
